„Unsere Macht ist in friedlichem Widerstand. Das Regime will Gewalt. Es will Chaos.

Today was further evidence of how broken the opposition is.
No Salome, the regime wants peaceful protest without consequences while they can fine those peaceful protestors for false reasons in order to further seed the fear in society and force people to not protest anymore and implement tyrannical laws.
„The dancing, singing and paying the governmet with fines will continue until government leaves“
It is what it is
It was obvious that not shit would happen after they successfully replaced the president. You can protest and say GD government is illegitimate all you want but power is power, they have it and there’s nothing you can do about it
Ask Belarus what happens after peaceful protests against authoritarian ruzzian puppets.
99% that these protests have failed and will not achieve anything. I think they will dismantle by the July-August, if there will be no significant trigger.
So, how do you fight dictatorships with peaceful protests?
Nope, folks. It doesn’t work like that. Power and violence understand only somewhat equal power and violence. That’s the unfortunate truth we, the Belarusian people, learned the hard way, making the same mistakes as you are making right now.
I was there, literally nobody was listening to her. I couldn’t believe that someone could talk so long about nothing in particular.
Salome is like the Hillary Clinton of Georgian politics – probably competent, probably intelligent, but ultimately boring, uninspiring, and you can’t help but think something seems a bit off about her.
