Just before it disappeared on the app it looks like [it returned to the airport](https://fr24.com/data/aircraft/as1630#39b14e80) and not to the hospital. Hopefully was just an exercise
Someone was injured near Għajn Tuffieħa and a helicopter was deployed to rescue him
Was there and spoke to the ambulance guy. Someone fell in the caves and broke his leg. To rough to rescue by sea and to far to carry by hand on land. So they got a helicopter
