Central Finland Signal Batt unit badge on the left. Depending on the uniform/fatigues, would be carried on sleeve or epaulette. Purple background.
Unit was moved to Vekaranjärvi (Kouvola) and is now known as East Finland Signal Batt.
Source: Served there in Vekara, got gifted the unit history book.
Right: cockade, personnel up to corporal.
