Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass dies in Valletta ist, aber ich kann nicht herausfinden, wo es sein würde. Jede Hilfe wäre großartig!

Not much to go on, but seems like mid to late 90’s?
Photo was taken in Sliema, Valletta is on the other side.you can see St. Paul’s Cathedral.
This is on the Tigne seafront, with Valletta in the background. In the vicinity of Hammett’s

That’s not Valletta, but somewhere in Sliema or along the Gzira front. Probably Sliema as Manoel island is not visible.
Edit: Valletta is in the background, the child in the foreground is in Sliema or Gzira, and so the photo was taken from there, not from Valletta.
