The school is at the moment in Aviapolis Vantaa, but is moving in autumn to new premises in Vehkala Vantaa, which is better location due to close proximity of Vehkala train station.
Since you have citizenship you will be paid to study, it is not sufficient for total daily expences without student loan but most of it.
Only way for you to enter is likely to go through some kind of entrance exam that you have to pass.

I’m not sure if this is relevant or even possible, but if you are 18-28 years old and have citizenship I think you could try to apply for Finnish military service as a fighter/helicopter mechanic.
