How is he losing ground in affordability? He’s already said he would increase the TFSA limit and allow people to build 1.3 million dollar cottages or investment properties GST free.
What more can he possibly do for people struggling with groceries?
Well yeah expanding the TFSA by 5k isn’t going to help anyone who isn’t already loaded. He needs something that’d actually help regular people.
Neither party has plans for affordability.
How about we stop fucking with home purchasing advantages to let the market cool off and maybe work with what everyone needs which is food, heat, power, and phones.
