Ich habe kürzlich diese Rechnung von einem Notar erhalten, der bei der Einrichtung unseres UG (Unternehmergergesellschaft) in Deutschland unterstützt wurde. Wir haben das Unternehmen mit einer ersten Investition von nur 5.000 Euro gegründet, aber die Rechnung scheint eine Bewertung von 60.000 Euro zu verweisen, und es gibt verschiedene Gebühren und rechtliche Referenzen, die ich nicht verstehe.
Können deutsche Unternehmer oder Rechtsexperten helfen, zu erklären, wie diese Notargebühren berechnet werden? Insbesondere: – Warum gibt es eine Bewertung von 60.000 Euro, wenn unser anfängliches Kapital 5.000 betrug? – Was sind die Vertragsgebühren mit §§ 97, 107? – Ist der Gesamtbetrag (988,37 €) für eine UG -Formation angemessen?

The „Wert“ is not the value of the company you set up, but the value of the legal process
The way notar, lawyer and court bill tables work is that a legal process gets assigned a specific monetary value, and different things done by the Notar allow him to bill you a specific fraction of that value. So, a preparation of a contract can cost a lot more on a higher-value process than in a lower-value one.
This bill is sufficiently detailed, naming all the paragraphs, that you can dig into the law for yourself and double-check it, if you want.
interesting! you open a smallest possible „company“ to do something but the initial legal cost taken already 20% of your initial capital. Does it worth the effort?
(Dont get me wrong i also want to try to open my etsy shop myself but 1000 for nothing but the right to do something is a no to me).
btw, why not an **Einzelunternehmen**? It likely cheaper though.
