Lustig, wie sie sich als am meisten bezeichnet haben "erwachte" Regierung, um sich richtig zu verschieben, weil das in letzter Zeit der Trend in West ist. "Sozialist" Mein Fuß

I think Aditus put it very nicely:
>“He will be reminded that all persons are born equal in dignity and rights. That we are not required to do anything to ‘merit’ our human rights. That it is not up to states to decide who is and who is not entitled to enjoy fundamental human rights. That states must respect, protect and fulfil the rights of all persons it is responsible for: men, women, children, older persons, LGBTIQ+ persons, persons with disabilities, persons accused or convicted of crimes, persons suffering from physical or mental health issues… all persons.”
Times of Malta is heavily affiliated with the PN (party in opposition). Take everything they say with a grain of salt.
The ECHR is probably the single most destructive institution in Europe. It has been solid roadblock to attempts by any government from protecting their people from the mass immigration of increasingly dangerous economic migrants.
It is almost entirely responsible for torpedoing one of the major mandates of Brexit as Britain is still hamstrung by the ECHR even 5 years after leaving the EU.
The ECHR benefits outsiders, not native Europeans.
I agree with Abela for once, if you are not a refugee you have no business being in Malta or Europe.
