Yes, there has been quite a movement these days on this. I don’t know who started first and what this is a reaction to (perhaps the mobile plans of DIGI?)
BASE also made some interesting new offers, but I took a quick look a few hours ago and generally, they still can’t touch Hey.
I’m not checking out Lyca at all, as I tried to change my SIM to them a few months ago and their horrible customer service is one I wouldn’t want to recommend even to my worst enemy.
I’m also not bothering with Proximus, as they are usually very out of touch with any competitive pricing.
Mobile Vikings is still sleeping in the corner, and I should have left them ages ago (I’m only talking about their mobile plans). I will probably do that today.
The good old cycle of now:

and in a few months:
