„No dress code“ fits Finland so well. Most people simply don’t give a fuck about how you dress in the first place, and most companies allow you to come to work wearing a hoodie or even sweatpants in some cases.

And even in positions where a dress code is relevant, it all gets completely thrown out the window the second a cottage or a sauna is mentioned—even in the case of the president. In a sauna everyone is truly equal.
