Sounds weird or weird wording? Why would he publicly give this instruction? Makes it seem like the MoD is not on terms with the government. This is an instruction which should be given instead to the MoD of Azerbaijan

I totally agree with the wording and publication of this text by Nikol Pashinyan.
The way I interpret these is:
Aliyev is not ready to sign the peace agreement. It is a very comprtable stage for Azerbaijan. In the international community eyes – Azerbaijan is in the process of signing peace, and the process continues.
For Armenia – the longer the process. The bad for us. Think about it, as long as the peace agreement is not signed, borders with Turkey and Azerbajan remain closed. No real growth for economy. So we need this ASAP.
And now, by surprise, armenia totally agreed on the last 2 points what Azeris wanted. So now, there is no reason to delay the process. However, as you can see Azeries started plan B. (On the border shutting, and telling everyone it was armenia)
So the part that he addresses „no violation of cease fire“ makes it one more time clear to international players that there is no instructions from Armenia government to shut at the borders

    3. His communication skills are just awful and subpar, unworthy of highest diplomatic position of this country and nation.

What an imbecile. I hope we get rid of this clown sooner than later.

    4. Looks like Pashinyan is in panic mode. Something is happening behind the scenes. This is worrying

    5. Expected Pashinyan crap. Keep the rare messaging, make Azerbaijan look bad. But please keep buying weapons like there is no tomorrow. Otherwise this is all futile.
