that letterbox looks like mine. I never locked it since losing the keys.
You usually just replace the whole letterbox.
If you want to repair it, I’ve found that a blast of wd40 helped get all the gunk out. Rubbing some oil (mineral or silicone based) on a key and any other moving bits, followed by some repeated open/ close helps.
