Ich bestellte einen Gegenstand aus Deutschland und er wurde am 3. Februar an mich verschickt und am 12. Februar kam es in Montreal Airport an. Danach gibt es kein Update oder Bewegung und es ist über einen Monat her. Ist das normal? Ich rief DHL an und sie sagten, sie sprechen mit dem Händler, ich habe mit dem Kaufmann gesprochen. Ich werde im Kreis gerundet und mache mir Sorgen, wo mein Artikel ist. Ich habe auch eine Beschwerde bei DHL und keine Antwort eingereicht. Als ich DHL anrief, sagten sie, es sei ein lokaler Fluggesellschaft und sie können nur dann helfen, als Deutschland Post zu rufen, und ich spreche nicht einmal Deutsch.
Was kann ich tun? Wie lange soll ich warten?

Since the plane can not make it to Montreal by 11:35 in any involve timezone, I guess it was prepared for air cargo twice but never made it into the plane. The last scan looks like it was coming back to the airport mail center, where it got lost.
The merchant is responsible for the delivery, they are also the customer of DHL. You don’t have to trace the package yourself. If it is lost, you can demand a refund or new item.
The merchant is wrong in saying „talk to CBSA“. It is their job to track their shipments, not yours. You are the customer, it may become your problem if there were an attempted delivery and you were not at home etc.
But this is the seller’s job. If you do not receive your order, you can cancel it and request a refund or another shipment.
Whatever happened exactly, it seems that this took more than a month now and you still haven’t received anything.
I personally would ask for a refund.
