You should check out the wiki on r/tea. They have a lot of online stores and include where they ship. But I usually buy from some local shops and get stuff from my friends when they travel home.
https://www.teegschwendner.de/ perhaps? I’m not into green/black tee that much though.
Tea Kontor Kiel is my favorite, though I am lately on a Japanese green tea kick, so I am not sure how good their selection of other teas is.
As for german stores, I very much like [Teewald ](https://teewald.de/)from Dresden or Leipzig. They have a really good collection of Chinese and Japanese teas, some herb teas as well but it’s not their focus.
Yoshi-En is great and delivers within 2 days with DHL. They have all kinds of tea in many grades at a reasonable price. I mostly drink Green Tea and that is definitely where they have the widest selection but they also offer a good selection in black, oolong, white, herbal and puerh, although those are often a little bit on the higher price and quality end of the spectrum.

If you are looking for a great quality black tea, check out [Vahdam Tea](https://www.vahdam.global/). It can be ordered directly from India, or bought from resellers here in Germany. Even available on Amazon.
They have a limited tea selection, but their offers are great and the tea is of high quality (you can also contact them and request some specific tea):

In general, you can just search for tea on Amazon, and find the shops from the offers, but don’t order from Amazon, just go to the website 🙂
If you like Darjeeling or Assam, you really should check out [Teekampagne](https://www.teacampaign.com). It’s not just a shop, but an innovative business model.
The tea is really nice, too.
I like [TeeGschwendner](https://www.teegschwendner.de/Tee/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1um-BhDtARIsABjU5x57O63spSCxiCxGx3z2pKbd19ueVwGxaYbPnfIOMZclG83AJzoZ8NkaArowEALw_wcB). I have one of their Stores nearby and even in their local shops they have a decent selection, Black, Green, Oolong, Fruit, Matcha, Ayurveda, you name it they have at least some variant.
No clue if they’ll have your desired quality. ^^
