It’s written in Kurrent, an old form of German handwriting used up to the 1940s and in many parts distinct from the cursive we are used to today. So, I would recommend to post in r/Kurrent.
It may be better to provide a bigger part of the original picture to give more context and to give the possibilty to compare the word and its letters to other maybe handwritten parts in the original document.
