Gibt es eine obligatorische Regulierungsfrist, anhand derer dieses Dokument vom Arbeitgeber ausgestellt werden muss?
Taxx.lu Ein Gehaltszertifikat ist ein Dokument, das der Arbeitgeber am Ende eines jeden Kalenderjahres ausgestellt hat. Ich bezweifle, dass Arbeitgeber es am 1. Januar ausstellen, aber ich bin gespannt, ob es eine regulatorische Frist (Ende März?) Gibt.

Depending on the size of the organisation. You should have it by the end of March. Previously they had tighter deadlines due to the tax declaration being mandatory around Q1 whereas now it’s end of Q4. For example, BIL gives you their tax statement mid May …so even with my march salary certificate I still can’t submit the declaration.
They all relaxed deadlines as tax return now need to be filed by year end rather than 31 March. Also, the tax admin hasn’t even made available the forms for 2024
