Mein siebzehnjähriger Sohn experimentierte aufgrund des in Porto gekauften Buches von Grund auf De Nata. Sie schmeckten sehr gut für einen ersten Timer! Es war schön, einige zu haben und erinnerte Erinnerungen an unsere wundervolle Zeit in Porto vor zwei Jahren. Obrigado!

I’ve seen worse. I mean, they don’t look bad at all. I’ve been craving for some natas and I would eat these 😉
Honestly don’t be dissapointed if you can’t make them like in the bakeries, doing it in a home oven is basically impossible, they still taste good but they won’t have that look as the ones in the bakery, at least I was never sucesseful at doing it
I wouldn’t make them better, so I’m just happy you’re trying to enjoy something from Portugal. Have a great one, and congrats to your son for doing them!
