Hallo. Ich möchte fragen, ob es eine Bibliothek gibt, die die Online-Ausleihe von Büchern ermöglicht? Da ich Schwierigkeiten habe, kann ich mir dieses Buch unten nicht leisten, aber ich brauche es für meine Recherche. Jede Hilfe wird geschätzt!

I guess you already checked your university library? If not, that‘s your first step.
Many german unis also participate in „Bibliotheksverbünden“ which makes getting books from other libraries easier. If in doubt about how this works, go to the information desk of your uni‘s library and ask for assistance, people there are able to help you. They can arrange „Fernleihe“ (distance borrow?) for you.
Option three would be using something like sci-hub but I have never used that and have no knowledge.
