Kurz gesagt, Tempo versprach ein komplettes F2P -Spiel mit absolut ohne P2W -Inhalt, dann gingen sie wieder auf dieses Versprechen und führten Paywalled Packs vor. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass das Spiel aufgrund des von ihnen gewählten Monetarisierungsmodells jetzt in Belgien illegal ist.

Just a heads up, any chance you had of actually getting a refund goes out the door when you threaten to report them.
Always ask nicely first, without threatening anything.
I do support your situation though, what happened is really rediculous.
This is a weird mail. You paid for a thing because it was free, but now it’s no longer free, so you no longer want to pay for it?
If this is an online service, 2 year guarantee wouldn’t apply to it. Otherwise, I could refund my netflix subscription of the past 2 years because I’m not happy with the recent price increase or whatever excuse I could come up with.

The easiest way is to ask your bank. I bought RDR2 on G2A from a seller. It turned out I bought a Steam account with that game on it. The seller refused a refund even though I offered to return the account. So I contacted my bank with proof and they refunded me. I still have the account with the game on it.
