Not allowed to keep dogs for only one year is crazy too. How about not keeping any animals for the rest of their lives?
My god this hurts to watch.
I just want to punch the people who did this over and over again.
The punishment is definitely not enough. But what else do you expect from this country. These people should never be able to take care of any animal for the rest of their lives.
As a sidenote: beastiality is people having sex with animals, and this is not what this article is about.
