There was shakiness on both sides of the ceasefire in the first phase, but outside of the refusal to negotiate the second phase by israel it ended up being in line with the agreement. Now israel is trying to rewrite the deal, but why would Hamas trust them?
This seems likely to sacrifice hostages in service of restarting the war
