      Yes, but you need a hunting license. That will be 2-3k€ and studying for a year. 

    2. No. There are exceptions, for something like an animal park, some specialized on birds of prey aka. falconry or similar.

      Owls are also night active … and some may need live food or at least freshly killed.

      Theoretically yes. Practically all the rules to be followed restrict this to zoos, animal parks and extremely dedicated individuals with lots of space.

    4. It depends. If you’re a Muggle, then no. There are some exceptions, e.g. for hunters or zookeepers.

      Since ownership of owls is not unheard of – at least in game shows and (private) zoos, there has to be some legal footing for it. I guess it invokes multiple licenses and courses but it should be possible. Maybe the easiest way is to make a Jagdschein and then go from there trying to hunt with owls lol.. like owlconry … or should we call that owlicon XD
