Well seeing as the initial White House offer contained almost no binding obligations to help Ukraine I’d agree. A hand shake/“trust me” deal from possibly the single most prolific breaker of contracts with vendors ever isn’t worth a damn
Great. Now make a better deal and get Zelenskyy’s blessing on it to send to Russia.
