what’s not clear? either you go to Studienkolleg to get access to all universities or you have direct access to the specific field and related fields if you prove that you’ve successfully passed 1 year of studying.
it means either you have to complete a 1 year preparatory course(studienkollege) and clear festestellungsprüfung (a final exam ) or you can complete 1 year of your bachelor studies in your home country. This is to be eligible to study in germany
