Ich ziehe die nächste Woche nach Lettland für ein Erasmus -Praktikum. Ich habe auf X (ehemaliger Twitter) gescrollt und diesen Beitrag gefunden. Die Übersetzung ist „Mordrate für jeden 100.000 Häuser“. Warum Lettisch ist das höher? Gibt es Bedenken, über die ich Bescheid wissen sollte? Ich weiß, dass es sich um eine Statistik aus dem Jahr 2022 handelt, aber ich hatte ein bisschen Angst, wie in meinem Land ist es 0,6. Danke und einen schönen Tag!

Its correct, but its safe. Number is high due to Latvia having a particular problem with homicides of women by family members or partners. That is connected with drinking problems within families.
Excluding that I think we are on par with European average.
