      Ive heard people ask where was it filmed so they can take a look at it. The answer wasnt what they expected since it was filmed in czech republic.

      I was shocked that the Chinese version is like 30minutes shorter and completely misses the best scenes like the Amsterdam brothel or the Naked beach.

      Otherwise I love it, everything is true except the „exchange rate“… I think even Germany is cheaper country nowadays 😅

      You know it is Czech Republic and not Slovakia, since something is being built and it will be finished soon

      I generally don’t really care about what foreigners think of Slovakia, especially those ignorant enough to believe Slovakia looks like what’s depicted in that movie.

      I am laughing my ass off everytime I see these parts of the movie.

      imo perfect since all parts of EU were ridiculed, we got off easy.

      The important thing is to realise that EuroTrip is not mocking Europe, it’s mocking Americans for their lack of knowledge, and preconceived ideas of what Europeans are like.

      It’s not a movie based on reality, but ignorance.

      And I love the Uk and Slovak parts! (Being of both)

      I think people should be more receptable to self deprecating humor. If it is made in good nature, I see nothing wrong with it.

      But dont ask me about Hostel. That is just gross and pointless film…

      BTW – RIP Michelle Trachtenberg. 🙁

      As a Slovak, I love this movie! ESPECIALLY the part in Slovakia! „Train come soon, they are building it now“ or „Miami vice, number one new show“ always gets me. It’s a satire of post-communism Eastern Europe, you can’t take it seriously.

      Thanks to our long-time governing prime minister Fico we are the poorest and least developed country in the EU so naturally I am very offended.
