How much more tax revenue is this going to bring? I can’t imagine that there are hundreds of thousands of foreign lukio students in Finland? According to [this](https://www.oph.fi/sites/default/files/documents/lukio-english-final-web.pdf), there were a total of 96800 students in high school in 2017. And according to [this](https://erudera.com/statistics/finland/finland-international-student-statistics/#google_vignette) there were 22792 international university students in 2024. So a few more millions of euros to the government?
