Hallo allerseits, ich habe am 15. November in Deutschland angefangen und vor zwei Tagen erhielt ich den Brief mit meinem Kündigung und erklärte Folgendes:
Nach dem Vertrag betrug der Benachrichtigungszeitraum in der Sonde einen Monat, den sie respektieren, aber meine Frage ist, wenn ich einen anderen Job finde, könnte ich sofort anfangen zu arbeiten oder ich darf erst mit 31.03.25 beginnen? Ich bin mir bewusst, dass ich im ersten Jahr meines Blue Card-Visums die Ausländerbehörde benachrichtigen muss, die ich heute in meiner Stadt gemacht habe, und ich habe mich auch als Job-Suchender online als Job-Suchender registriert.
Ich habe bis zum 01.07.25 Uhr ein Blue Card -Visum und hatte meine Papiere vor ein paar Monaten für die Emission der tatsächlichen Karte eingereicht. Mein Profi ist der Elektroingenieur (soweit ich weiß, es ist ein gefragter Beruf) und ich machte 5000 € Brutto.
Gibt es die Möglichkeit, sofort mit der Arbeit zu beginnen? Welche anderen Empfehlungen könnten Sie mir sagen, dass ich das tue?

If your bluecard is less than 1 year, you need not only to ’notify‘ but also need the permission to change job, it will be shown on your Zusatzblatt.
If you have had the contract, report soon to ABH to get the updated Zusatzblatt. Your new company will not allow you to start working if it is not changed.
Yes, you can most likely start working right away if you find a new job, but you need approval from the Ausländerbehörde first. Since your employer has placed you on unwiderrufliche Freistellung (irrevocable leave), you are still technically employed and being paid until March 31, 2025, but you are not required to work.
Because you are within the first two years of holding a Blue Card, you need permission from the Ausländerbehörde to switch employers. You already informed them, which is a good step, but you will need to submit your new employment contract for approval before you can start working. Given that your profession, electrical engineering, is in high demand, the approval process should be relatively smooth.
To ensure that your new job meets Blue Card requirements, check that the salary is above the threshold, which in 2025 will likely be around €45,300 per year for shortage occupations. Your previous salary of €5,000 per month (€60,000 per year) was well above the minimum, so if your new offer is similar, there should be no issues.
Since you are technically still employed until March 31, 2025, you may not be eligible for unemployment benefits right away, but registering as job-seeking with the Arbeitsamt is a good step to access resources and potential support. If you suspect your termination was unfair, you could consult a labor lawyer, but during the Probezeit, terminations are usually difficult to challenge.
