In a grocery store / supermarket close by (Delhaize, Colruyt, Carrefour, …).
Either they have an automated machine where you can insert them, or you give them manually and get some sort of voucher (like in Colruyt).
Stores that sell these also accept returns. You’ll get a ticket that you can give at the checkout and they will subtract the amount from your bill.
