Attard. OHSA was out once, and not much happened. Classic, high-quality construction again. 🤣
Design was clearly altered to reach the max height with the proposed levels.
If you work in construction abroad, or just like quality in general, Malta is the worst place to be.
If there were no revisions to this drawing, and you are a registered party, you can object to this (i.e. appeal the decision). My guess is that a second application was submitted after the first though, as even the most brazen developers don’t go around building extra floors.
Edit: Oh, as someone else pointed out, this is just a picture stuck to the facade. Sorry hehe, didn’t realise.
Renders are never approved by the planning authority. You should be looking at the approved elevations and streetscape drawings on the PA portal, not at renders attached to the facade.
Yes who did the renders has no idea about scale and did a horrible montage when scaling. There is an argument to be made if it’s included in the permit but 100% sure it’s done well on the elevations and section drawings submitted by the architect. This could just be a render done by the developer as an advert and not part of the planning process. You have the PA number or location?

Other than the thickness of the terraces, I fail to see the problem? Its obvious the final render includes finishings and cladding of the facade and they are not installed yet.
