Can anyone put the non-paywalled version? It is really interesting but is paywalled.
This sounds interesting. France seems to be the only European country that is taking AI development seriously. Meanwhile Armenia got some interesting AI projects going on. If we succeed in partnering together with them, it could position ourselves as a valuable geopolitical partner.
