Ich poste dies, weil ich denke, dass die Lektion hier ist, dass wir unser Lehrlingssystem weitaus dankbar sein sollten. Eine der unglücklichen Nebenwirkungen der Globalisierung ist meiner Meinung nach, dass wenn Menschen hören "Ausbildung" Jetzt denken sie, es ist wie in den USA (wie diese Jungs beschreiben), wo man nur am Arbeitsplatz lern ihre Jobs.
Vielleicht ist vielleicht vielleicht nicht alle staatlichen Regulierung schlecht. Ich werfe das einfach raus.

Thats funny, my yt algo recommended this video a few weeks ago. I as an carpenter watched this and didnt knew this channel before and now it shows up here 🙂
our own apprenticeship system with dual education of part time school and part time training in the company that is again divided into part specific exercises and part participation in the actual profession is the actual best training system in the world.
It’s infuriating saddening that Swiss people aren’t aware of it and downtalk some of our greatest assets that are quite literally a major reason why we are competitive with MUCH larger countries economically and scientifically.
