Horribly inaccurate headline
These jobs did not need saving before trumpolini and president musk arrived on the scene
They should have never been part of this BS downsizing/power grab in the first place. Fucking hell at least NASA didn’t make the same mistake as the DOE and USDA did by immediately firing their nuclear weapons experts and bird flu researchers whom both agencies are now scrambling to rehire.

I think it is good. We had alot of crippling government bloat from decades of executive branvh mismanagement, and fascism started creeping into political parties, a little in Republicans but a overwhelming wave for the Democrats. Our National Debt is killing us economically, and entrenchee liberal bureaucracy has the nation and it’s future in a stranglehold. I like that we are investing into Newt Gingrich’s vision of space exploration and breaking the back of racism and fascism at the same time, by allowing democracy to take back control of our government. Alot on the left are shocked by things Trump is doing, but they gotta remember, we haven’t had a elected President in office in four years. Alot of cleaning house has to be done. Alot of really bad people put down roots, they have to be pulled if we are to continue to be a civilization. Especially a space faring civilization.
