Hallo, also bin ich erst kürzlich von Italien nach Mannheim gefahren, um meine Freundin, die hier lebt, abzuholen. Ich habe auf der Windschutzscheibe ein Ticket gefunden, das übersetzt wurde.
Ist es nur eine Warnung und wenn es ein zweites Mal passiert, gibt es eine Geldstrafe oder ist es eine Mitteilung über die Geldstrafe, wenn ja, wie kann ich mehr über die Geldstrafe herausfinden und sie zahlen, weil ich morgen gehe? Plus normalerweise wie hoch ist die Geldstrafe?

They will send you a letter with the details. When you park your car you need to look at the signs. Looking at the markings on the ground isn’t enough in Germany.
You will get a letter to your home. Expect a double digit amount, how much exactly will depend on the details.
They will find you over your license plate and you will recieve a letter, it can take 2-3 months internationally tho
You will jave to pay a verwarngeld, wich is a small fine
