The French has gone into mass hysteria since the Vance speech. I think it’s due to their Influence declining, they have been kicked out of north-west Africa, replaced by the Russians.
If Europe starts combining its defence programmes, what’s to stop the French from existing them like they exited the eurofighter programme in favour for their own national fighter.
