Hallo, ich werde in einigen Wochen mit meinem Auto nach Oslo reisen. Was bedeutet dieser Vorstand? Mein Verständnis ist, dass es 48 Stunden maximale Parkplätze bedeutet. Kein Parkplatz für Stunden 2300-0800 für Camper Vans?
Ist dies kein Parkplatz einbezogen, auch leichte Fahrzeuge wie ein Auto?

Cars can park for 48 hours. It’s to stop people sleeping in caravans/RVs wherever you are parking.
Your assumption is correct, it’s to stop campers from staying there overnight

It’s as you said no parking for caravans and camper vans between 23 and 08. Regular cars can stay for a maximum of 48 hours. But it’s a zone parking area so you need a permit. Not sure if Oslo allows temporary zone permits or you have to live in the area to get one.
No parking Monday trough Friday 23 to 08 for camper vans and camping trailers. This ban only applies for vehicles specially furnished for camping.
Parking for up to 48 hours for any other vehicles, including regular passenger cars.
