Hallo! Ich werde eine Ausbildung in einer Stadt außerhalb von München beginnen und ich bin auf der Suche nach meiner ersten Wohnung.
Auf Immowelt fand ich diese schöne, moderne Wohnung von 1 Zimmer zu einem guten Preis, also habe ich eine Anfrage gesendet. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen bekam ich diese E -Mail (Folie 1)
Hinweis: Um diese Zeit wurde die Auflistung von Immowelt entnommen, so dass ich nur angenommen habe, dass jemand die Wohnung bekam, aber anscheinend nicht.
Zuerst schien es seltsam, da sie meine Frage nicht beantwortete, die war, wenn ich im September einziehen kann oder jemanden suchen, der früher einziehen möchte. Dann wurde ich misstrauisch. In beiden Fällen antwortete ich und sagte, ich würde mich freuen, einen Besichtigungstermin zu bekommen und fragte erneut nach dem Einziehen im September. Die nächsten 3 Folien antworteten, mit denen sie antwortete. Sie schickte mehrere Bilder von dem Ort + ihren Ausweis, was für mich so seltsam ist?
Ich habe nicht geantwortet und meine Mutter sagte mir, ich solle sie blockieren, weil dies ein Betrug ist, aber ich kann es mir ehrlich gesagt nicht für mein Leben sagen. 😢😢

100% had the same and googled the entire text. internet was full of them. they even are on airbnb and want cash in advanced before you get the key to the apartment lol.
It’s sooooooo suspiciously cheap. Damn, and Munich as well. Munich is so expensive. Why would someone rent out an apartment that’s close to Munich and not make it way more expensive? Could just be the nicest landlord in all of existence, or a scam.
Asking you to use Booking.com is always a scam
Edit: Also whenever someone offers you their ID as „proof“ it’s a stolen ID and definitely 100% a scam

Yup! The part with the absence came late, but the ad was too good to be ture from the beginning. „I’m in X-landfor y time“ gave it away.

it’s 2025.. start using google reverse search on pictures please!! Especially in those scam situations you are usually going to find those pictures in multiple scams. Stay safe out there!
