Hallo! Ich bin ein Expat und neu im Deutschen Leben. Ich habe diese Wohnung letztes Jahr Juli gemietet. Im Badezimmer über der Badewanne bekommen wir diese Form. Nach jeder Dusche öffnen wir die Fenster vollständig, um zu belüften. Aber manchmal ist es nicht möglich, wenn es niemanden zu Hause gibt. Wir können also manchmal nicht länger als 20 Minuten öffnen.
Ich informierte unsere Immobilienverwaltung. Sie sagten, sie werden einen Experten arrangieren, aber wenn es uns unsere Schuld haben, müssen wir die Kosten tragen.
Sollte ich Inspektion bitten oder einfach nur so reinigen, wie ich es immer tue?

Lüften is a must daily.
This looks like a mould pattern you’d get when you only tilt the window instead of opening it completely. The crossbeam above the window cools out, water from the warm room air condenses, and mould forms. I could also imagine that maybe the window’s insulation isn’t great, so cold air comes through. Or is there a box for the blinders in there? Then maybe that’s what gets cold.
Just to reiterate, the standard pattern for airing your room should be 5-10 minutes, twice a day, or after a shower. That is usually enough to swap out the air in the room. If you air too long, the walls will lose their heat and water will condense on their surfaces, which will lead to mould.
That‘s quite normal due to the high humidity. Since it looks superficial, I would recommend just cleaning that spot regularly with chlorine.
You can also increase the temperature of the bathroom, that will also slow the growth of mold there.
But generally water will always condensate on the walls around windows when you open them.
You dont need to open the windows for 20 minutes.
