Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus und bemerkte diese kleinen Schäden auf dem Holzboden nur. Der Boden war brandneu, als wir einzogen, und es ist echtes Holz, nicht Laminat. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was diese Marken verursacht hat, aber sie sind unter einer bestimmten Beleuchtung sichtbar.
Wie wahrscheinlich ist es, dass der Vermieter uns dafür in Rechnung stellt? Hat jemand eine ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht? Wäre dies als normaler Verschleiß an oder sollte ich versuchen, es vor der Endinspektion zu reparieren? Jeder Rat wäre geschätzt!

Say with full confidence that this falls under normal usage. It can‘t be eypected, that the apartment will look perfect after inhabitation
GG. My friends landlord changed the whole big part of the floor for something like this. Insurance covered it.
It’s hard to say as it depends on the landlord. I’ve rented out an apartment before and expected to find wear and tear but others will be different. Could the landlord say for certain they weren’t there before you moved in?
