Thats my home country. Lipavsky (czech foreign minister) literally said:
„If I were to put it in human terms, they are the bosses of the thrashers and we don’t want them in the Czech Republic.“
Thrashers is czech slang for people that often beat someone else = like a thresher beats corn.
