Guten Morgen allerseits. Ich lese auf Tom einen Artikel über ein Problem mit PA, der Lizenz (zufällig) für mehr Ställe als Pferde erteilte.
Gibt es neben der Tatsache, dass es eine Art unorganisierte Struktur gibt, noch etwas, dunkler und Schatten, zusätzliche Ställe? Weil der Artikel nicht klar genug war, könnte das tatsächliche Problem sein.

The key word is odz. One guess is that you only are allowed to build stables for horses you own, so you don’t build too many and then change their use.
I think you mean more stables than horses.
Its obviously a loophole to allow people to abusively build structures in an ODZ rural area. The vast majority are not actually used as stables.
