How do you flip a car on its side in a 30km/h zone?

By going over 30. I guess.
Hit a curb just right and you’ll go over, even at 30.
Speed limits are just a suggestion …
Edit: the article also says nothing (now) about the car flipping.
Hit the lamppost, bend it over, instant ramp.
Hit another car’s wheel. There are videos of cars taking off at low speeds just from doing this
A perfect hit in the right spot like in this video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljlZqd5qot4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljlZqd5qot4)

Easy: you drive more than 30 and/or crash into something that essentially acts like a ramp.
If you hit a parked car or fix object at just the right angle your right/left side will lift up and you can flip the car from there.
PS: A girl flipped her car 10 yrs ago in near my office at the time (also a thirty zone). Nobody got hurt (well, the paint on the roof and side of the car but hey…) and neighbours thought that it was hilarious
