The apartments on the outer side are triangle shaped. Just looks funny from this perspective.
I miss my hometown in a weird way like you miss your first great love. When I visit home from overseas o go for a long sad walk and I see a semblance from my childhood riding a bmx bike from ghar Dalam up to wied il buni and so much of it had changed but also stayed the same. There’s a song in the cartoon Adventure Time called “everything stays” that resonates with these feelings. Sorry for the overshare!
Ps if I’m not mistaken these new flats are just infront of the old enemalta gas tanks – my late grandma away said there’s would explode one day but I believed these are no longer in use (perhaps they can’t build over them while going through a period of decommissioning?)

I see this apartment building every time I go jogging to Pretty Bay. Also, there’s a similar looking one opposite to Pompeii Bakery in Marsaxlokk.
