Edi Rama wants to be well seen by the EU (in a goal of power conservation and EU integration) so he is turning Albania into a dumping ground for the EU’s indesirable activities. You can see in Serbia that the plan is kind of the same, their president has a similar personality to Rama’s I’d say.

Everyone is doing it. There are tons of Albanians trying their luck in Germany France ecc. Now we get to taste a bit of our own medicine. We need the immigrants. The world is refusing to bring childrens to life. So we have to welcome everybody just to avoid catastrophic economical failures.
