I can’t really tell from the blurry image taken from far away. But these kind of light fixtures usually have a bar or hook you unscrew and detach from the light fixture itself, [then fasten on the hook or screws on the ceiling mount](https://www.taloon.com/media/wysiwyg/pages/valaisinasennus/valaisinasennus4.jpg) and then place the light fixture on top so the screw holes line up and screw in place.
