      I’d be more surprised if they didn’t. If I had a euro for every map without Cyprus I see on Reddit, I’d be a rich man.

      Cyprus is not a European country geographically. It’s in the EU because of proximity, commercial and strategic allegiance, cultural and historical reasons.
