Well the pandemic and lack of teachers didn’t make the situation better.
Mostly interesting that nearly all of those listed nations have declining scores.
Lilely because computers just calculate more for kids plus perhaps distractions increased.
I’m not an expert though.
SE Asian countries seem to maintain their level, though I’d expect kids there are as addicted to their phones as Western kids.
