Ticket storniert
Ich habe ein Ticket von Pasau nach Köln gekauft, aber nur ein storniertes Ticket erhalten (nach 30 Minuten)? Warum denn? Ich habe mit Karte bezahlt. Sie haben dort Geld mitgenommen … also … was könnte oder sollte ich tun? Ist das üblich?

Contact DB‘s customer support. r/germany is not DB‘s customer support.
Have you cancelled it or did they cancelled it? If db cancels it either they provide you alternative route to book for free or refund you back , either is you cancel it by yourself you will get the refund back . If you have any questions may be visit db office in hbf
