That’s assuming that the “Cooperative Threat Reduction Program: Cooperative Biological Engagement/Proliferation Prevention [non-ODA]” and “International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement: Anti-Crime Programs” don’t stop.
Which would add another 17 million.

At least 22 million+ out from USAID for Azerbaijan
Pretty sure this means the US is gonna start not giving a crap about what happens on the region. After all they are super pro Israel, this might the most pro Israel government in a generation. So expect Azerbaijan to take advantage of that a lot .
