The way they fumbled this whole transport system update is legendary. All they had to do was copy what Tbilisi did, what, like a decade ago. That’s it.
I’d respect the disagreement if it had honest ambitions, but we all know they’re doing this for political reasons. They don’t really care about the citizens.
